AnnMarie’s Wellness Guide

A simple 30-day rhythm for nourishment, gradual healthy weight support, hydration, product organization, and clear safety checkpoints.

Start Here

  • Get physician and pharmacist clearance before beginning herbs, cleansing, fasting, or electrolyte changes.
  • Make nourishment and gradual weight gain the first priority.
  • Eat 3 complete meals daily; add an approved snack if needed.
  • Introduce approved products carefully so reactions are easier to identify.
  • Track appetite, hydration, energy, bowel changes, and MS symptoms.

Safety First

AnnMarie is underweight and reports MS and nutrient deficiency. The water fast and stimulant colon cleanse may conflict with her nourishment goals and remain conditional on licensed medical approval.

Get urgent help: fainting, confusion, chest pain, trouble breathing, severe weakness, persistent vomiting or diarrhea, severe abdominal pain, allergic reaction, or inability to keep fluids down.

Lymphatic Flush

Listed herbs: rhubarb root, blessed thistle, burdock root, dandelion, elderberry, mullein, chaparral, and guaco.

Consultation notes: boil 1 gallon distilled water; add 10 scoops; boil 5 minutes; cool, refrigerate, strain, and warm 8–12 oz. Notes suggest 1–2 times daily on an empty stomach.

The clinician/pharmacist and current label must determine suitability and frequency. Chaparral requires specific safety review.

Detox Non-Diarrhea

Consultation-note amount: ½ dropper in 2 oz water, 2–3 times daily.

Confirm the complete ingredients, dropper volume, frequency, and medication interactions. This product does not replace testing or treatment for suspected infection or parasites.

Blood Rehab Tincture

Consultation-note amount: 2 full droppers in 2 oz water, morning and evening, “as needed.”

Ask DocTA Dwight to define “as needed” and confirm ingredients. Low blood count requires clinical evaluation; this product does not replace testing or prescribed care.

9 Day Liver Cleanse Tincture

Purchased: 1 bottle.

Directions: Mix 3 droppers into 2 oz of spring water bottled at the source. Drink first thing in the morning for 9 days, then stop for 21 days before beginning another cycle.

Obtain clinician/pharmacist approval and verify the current label and complete ingredient list before use.

Once daily · before 10 AM

The Mayans Secret Tea

  1. Measure about 51 fl oz distilled or alkaline water—three 16.9 fl oz bottles.
  2. Bring the water to a boil.
  3. Add 30 leaves and continue boiling for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and steep for at least 2 hours.
  5. Strain into a clean container and refrigerate promptly.
  6. Serve hot to warm with the suggested pinch of black pepper and no sweetener.
  7. For AnnMarie’s 103 lb weight, the supplied chart indicates 8 oz once before 10 AM.

Reusing Leaves

The consultation notes say to keep the strained leaves cold, add them to the next 51 oz batch, and add 30 fresh leaves after boiling.

Ask DocTA Dwight to confirm a safe reuse limit. Discard leaves immediately if mold, slime, unusual odor, or any spoilage appears. Use clean equipment and safe refrigeration.

Medical clearance required

Colon Cleanse

At 103 lb, the supplied chart indicates 1 scoop (5 g). The blend includes senna, buckthorn, and psyllium and may affect hydration, electrolytes, bowel function, and medication absorption.

  1. Saturday at 9 PM, mix 1 scoop in 10–12 oz juice or water.
  2. Drink promptly; psyllium thickens.
  3. Follow with 16 oz water unless a clinician set a different limit.
  4. Stay home Sunday and keep meals gentle.
  5. Stop for severe pain, persistent diarrhea, weakness, dizziness, vomiting, blood in stool, or dehydration.

Timing to Confirm

“Biweekly” is shown here as every two weeks: Weeks 1 and 3. The source also listed Weeks 1 and 2, which conflicts with that language. Confirm the intended dates before use.

Sunday examples: fruit or a gentle smoothie; broth or soup, cooked vegetables, a modest serving of fish/chicken, and rice or quinoa. Do not prolong restriction because AnnMarie needs weight and nutrient support.

On hold

Three-Day Water Fast

Do not begin without explicit medical approval.

A monthly water fast conflicts with AnnMarie’s current low weight, nutrient deficiency, and goal to gain 15–20 lb. If a licensed clinician approves any fast, that clinician must define permitted fluids and nutrition, medication timing, electrolyte amounts, monitoring, stop conditions, and refeeding.

This guide does not claim that fasting guarantees autophagy, stem-cell regeneration, an immune reboot, tissue regeneration, or slower aging.

Simple 30-Day Roadmap

Week 1 · Set up safely

Complete medical and pharmacist review. Begin the approved three-meal and hydration rhythm. Take the approved 9 Day Liver Cleanse first thing each morning on Days 1–7. First Saturday colon cleanse only if cleared.

Week 2 · Nourish

Take the approved Liver Cleanse on Days 8–9, then begin the 21-day break. Prioritize three meals, healthy weight support, hydration, and symptom tracking. No water fast unless a clinician creates a supervised plan.

Week 3 · Stay consistent

Continue nourishment and the Liver Cleanse break. Second Saturday colon cleanse only if “every two weeks” is confirmed and medically cleared.

Week 4 · Review

Continue the Liver Cleanse break. Review weight trend, appetite, energy, bowel tolerance, symptoms, and product use with the care team. Decide what should continue.

Three-Meal Formula

Build each meal with protein, a complex carbohydrate, a healthy fat, and produce.

  • Breakfast: oats with milk, banana, nut butter, chia, plus eggs or yogurt.
  • Lunch: brown rice or ground provisions, beans/chicken/fish, avocado, and cooked vegetables.
  • Dinner: salmon, chicken, tofu, or lentils with sweet potato/rice, greens, and olive oil or avocado.
  • Optional snack: smoothie with milk, fruit, nut butter, oats, and yogurt.

Hydration Support

Severe dehydration needs prompt medical assessment. The consultation’s rapid fluid schedule, salt-first technique, trace minerals, sea moss, and potassium citrate are not placed into the active routine because safe amounts depend on health, medications, kidney function, and clinician guidance.

Use steady hydration and hydration-rich foods—fruit, soup, coconut water, pumpkin, and cucumber—within approved limits.

Weekly Check-In

Track weight once or twice weekly under similar conditions.
